Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your item does not fit, we will provide you with a refund so that you can find an alternative size or product. The refund only includes the item value and does not include the shipping fees.
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order.
If you have purchased the incorrect size, we are only able to offer a refund if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item needs to be returned of exchanged, the shipping cost will be at the buyer's expense. Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for an exchange.
All clearance and custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
If you have received a defective item, we only offer refunds if we are unable to replace them. We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the defective item in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. No refunds are offered after 48 hours. Instead a store credit can be offered only if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the items.
You must provide us with your order number, and reason for return.
Please remember we are only a small business so allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.
Please note: if you are sending an item back to us as a refund or exchange, we recommend using a postal company with a tracking service as we do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
Cancellation of Orders
Steph & Joe Art Co. may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with your selected products. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Steph & Joe Art Co. products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. Care should be taken with more boisterous fur-kids. We guarantee our products at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and a photo of the issue.
Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to each use.
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
