If a parcel is sent back to us marked 'return to sender' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to get the item re-delivered to them again.

1. Lay the collar out on a flat surface.

2. Measure the collar from buckle to buckle or from button hole to buckle as shown in the image below. The measurement should be the space between the red lines shown in the diagram:

3. Measure the widest part of the collar. In most cases this is the buckle. This measurement will provide you with the width for the openening you need for the correct bandana size. Please note: a slimmer collar may be required to best fit the bandana.

4. Once you have the correct measurments you can choose the best suited bandana for your pets collar.
